He has secured acquittals and dismissals across a broad spectrum of charges, including DUI, theft, and first-degree murder.

Colorado district court judges have qualified Josh as an expert witness in criminal defense. His practice encompasses the full range of state and federal criminal defense, as well as civil litigation and personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. His results include the dismissal of a first-degree murder case, the reversal of two murder convictions on appeal, judgments exceeding $1 million, and the dismissal of a case immediately following opening statements.
Leadership and Service
Josh previously served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and has volunteered with the Colorado Criminal Defense Institute's Collateral Relief Project. He has lectured fellow defense attorneys on challenging prosecution experts in sexual assault cases and on impeachment tactics. Josh is admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
